I attended the opening of EFESTAZ Mikulov 2026 today.
Today I had the opportunity to attend the official opening of the EFESTAZ conference in Mikulov 2026. It was a very inspiring meeting of leading experts from the Czechia and Slovakia who have long been working on environmentally sensitive solutions in construction, sustainability, durability of structures, and modern approaches to design and building repair. The presentations confirmed that the future of construction is not only about new materials and technologies, but mainly about a responsible approach to the whole life cycle of structures, efficient use of resources, and high-quality repair and protection of buildings. I would like to thank the organizers FAST VUT and SvF UNIZA for the excellent event and for the opportunity to be part of a professional discussion that has a real impact on the future direction of our industry.
